“Common Ground for Peace” forum in Syracuse, NY
I am deeply honored to be invited to speak on a panel with His Holiness the Dalai Lama as well as other great figures. The “Common Ground for Peace” event will be on October 8 in Syracuse, NY. I’m told the exact make-up of the panels is still evolving, but here is the schedule.

The all-star lineup scheduled to perform includes Don Was and his All-Star Band, Dave Matthews, Swizz Beatz, Natasha Bedingfield, David Crosby, Counting Crows, Roberta Flack, Nelly Furtado, Andy Grammer, Engelbert Humperdinck, Emmanuel Jal, Angélique Kidjo, Liel Kolet, Cyndi Lauper, Andy Madadian, Souad Massi, Matisyahu, Nas, Phillip Phillips, A.R. Rahman, Shani Rigsbee, David Sanborn, Joanne Shenandoah, Voices of Afghanistan and Bebe Winans. Phil Ramone will serve as music producer and Whoopi Goldberg as emcee for the concert.
